Our Partial Care Program is structured around clinical rigor and personal compassion. Explore each dimension of the program below.
Small groups of fewer than 10 people, led by licensed clinicians. Share your story, hear others, and build the connections that make recovery real.
Evidence-based learning about addiction, mental health, coping strategies, and relapse prevention. Knowledge becomes your armor.
1-2 sessions per week with your dedicated therapist. CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused modalities tailored to you.
The 5 Pillars program: nutrition, yoga, sound baths, gym access, ice baths, stretching, mindfulness, hiking, reiki, meditation, and music therapy.
Injectable medications only: Suboxone, Vivitrol, Brixadi, Naltrexone, and Topamax. Medically supervised by Dr. Michael Olla.
72-hour biopsychosocial assessment, FMLA paperwork, disability documentation, return-to-work planning, court/DUI support, and housing coordination.
Small-group therapy (fewer than 10 clients) with a licensed clinician. Share, listen, and begin the day grounded.
Evidence-based learning on topics like CBT skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
Nutritious, catered meal. A chance to decompress, connect with peers informally, and refuel for the afternoon.
The 5 Pillars hour: rotating activities including yoga, sound baths, gym sessions, ice baths, mindfulness, hiking, and reiki.
Choose from art therapy, journaling, meditation, music therapy, or life skills coaching. Reflect on the day and set intentions.
Within your first three days, you'll complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. Your treatment team — led by Clinical Director Henry Iwuala and Medical Director Dr. Michael Olla — creates a personalized treatment plan built around your specific history, needs, and goals.
The focus is on crisis stabilization and building daily rhythm. You'll begin process groups, start individual therapy sessions (1-2 per week), and learn foundational coping skills. If MAT is appropriate, medication is initiated under medical supervision.
With stability established, therapy goes deeper. Trauma processing begins (EMDR, DBT), wellness activities become part of your routine, and case management addresses real-world concerns: employment, housing, legal matters.
As you approach step-down, the Wednesday treatment team meeting reviews your progress. Together, you'll plan the transition to IOP or outpatient, ensuring continuity of care. You'll leave with a concrete relapse prevention plan and ongoing support structure.
