Our Partial Care program bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient treatment. Six days a week, you receive individual therapy, group counseling, psychiatric services, and holistic programming in a structured environment that keeps you on track.

Intensive Outpatient Program (5-Day)

Schedule Mon–Fri, 6 PM–9 PM
Focus Evening intensive therapy. Work or go to school during the day, heal at night.

IOP 5-Day delivers the clinical rigor of intensive treatment on your schedule. Evening sessions let you maintain your daily responsibilities while committing fully to recovery through group therapy, relapse prevention, and skills building.

Intensive Outpatient Program (3-Day)

Schedule 3 days/week, 6 PM–9 PM
Focus Flexible step-down from 5-Day IOP with continued clinical support.

As you progress in recovery, our 3-Day IOP provides the therapeutic backbone you need with greater flexibility. Continue CBT, DBT, and group therapy while building the independent life skills that sustain long-term sobriety.

Virtual IOP Program

Schedule 3 days/week, 6 PM–9 PM
Focus Same clinical quality, delivered via secure telehealth from anywhere.

Distance should never be a barrier to recovery. Our Virtual IOP delivers the same evidence-based therapies, group support, and clinical oversight as our in-person programs, all through a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Partial Care (PHP) is our highest level of outpatient care, meeting Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It provides the most clinical structure and is ideal for those stepping down from inpatient or needing intensive stabilization. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) meets in the evenings, either 5 or 3 days per week, allowing you to maintain work, school, or family obligations during the day.

Yes. Our dedicated Mental Health Program treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and other conditions independently of substance use disorders. You do not need a substance use diagnosis to receive treatment at Valley Spring.
