Evening-Focused Schedule
Our IOP programs run 6-9 PM, designed around our patients' real lives. This thoughtful scheduling reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and healthy work-life balance for both staff and patients.

With a 19+ member team maintaining an 8:1 therapist-to-patient ratio, every staff member matters. Weekly treatment team meetings every Wednesday ensure collaboration, alignment, and shared purpose.

Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LCADC)
Norwood, NJ Full-Time Clinical

Provide individual and group therapy for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders across our Partial Care and IOP programs. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.

Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active NJ LCSW, LPC, or LCADC license
Experience with SUD and co-occurring disorders
CBT, DBT, or EMDR proficiency preferred

Case Manager
Norwood, NJ Full-Time Support

Manage comprehensive client assessments within 72 hours of admission, coordinate FMLA/disability documentation, handle court-related issues including DUIs, and develop aftercare plans including housing and medical coordination.

Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience with FMLA, disability, and workplace advocacy
Knowledge of NJ IDRC and court systems preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills

Group Facilitator / Wellness Coordinator
Norwood, NJ Part/Full-Time Wellness

Lead Health & Wellness groups across our 5-pillar system including movement sessions, mindfulness practices, yoga, sound baths, and nutritional education. Facilitate psychoeducational and elective groups during Partial Care programming.

Certification in wellness, yoga, fitness, or related discipline
Experience with recovery populations preferred
Comfort facilitating group settings (up to 10 participants)

Be the first point of contact for individuals seeking treatment. Greet new patients, conduct intake orientations, and ensure every person feels welcomed and valued from their first moment at Valley Spring. We treat patients as people first — paperwork comes second.

Experience in healthcare intake or admissions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Insurance verification experience a plus

Stabilize and rebuild. Staff lead intimate process groups, wellness sessions, and catered lunch hour programming 6 days a week.

Real-world transition. Evening staff guide patients through life skills, psychoeducation, and career readiness programming.

Remote care team maintains momentum through virtual groups, relapse prevention, and peer mentorship coordination.
