In most cases, we complete your pre-assessment and insurance verification within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day admissions are available. Many patients begin programming the same week they first reach out. Our clinical team reviews and approves each case within one hour of the pre-assessment.

Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any current medications. Our Program Coordinators (Ron or Cameron) will greet you, give you a facility tour, and walk you through intake paperwork, consent forms, and a biopsychosocial assessment. The entire intake process takes approximately one hour.

Yes. Many of our initial contacts come from family members, partners, or other loved ones. Our admissions team will walk you through the options, discuss what level of care may be appropriate, and guide you on how to approach the conversation with your loved one. We also offer a six-session Family Workshop called "Together We Heal" that is open to the public.

We are located at 830 Broadway, Norwood, NJ 07648 — in Bergen County, right on the New York border. The facility is approximately 20 minutes from the George Washington Bridge via the Palisades Parkway and is easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway and NY Thruway.
