Valley Spring Recovery Center is a CARF-accredited outpatient addiction and mental health treatment center located in Norwood, New Jersey. Our Site provides information about our treatment programs, services, staff, admissions process, and related resources.

The Site is intended to provide general information about our facility and programs. It does not constitute an offer to provide treatment, nor does it create a provider-patient relationship. Actual treatment services are subject to separate agreements, assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
This Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of another person (such as a family member or patient), you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
Valley Spring Recovery Center provides treatment services to adults aged 18 and older. Admissions eligibility is determined through our clinical assessment process and is subject to medical criteria, insurance verification, and program availability.
User Accounts
Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account or submit personal information through forms, such as insurance verification requests, appointment scheduling, or contact inquiries. When providing information through the Site, you agree to:

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site ("Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the following process:
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact Valley Spring Recovery Center in writing and provide a clear description of the Dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice
- Mediation: If the Dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may request non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Bergen County, New Jersey. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties
- Litigation: If the Dispute remains unresolved after mediation, either party may pursue the matter in the federal or state courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, in accordance with the Governing Law section above
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a Dispute. Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
Changes to Terms
Valley Spring Recovery Center reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, unless otherwise stated.
We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page by updating the "Effective" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
