The Valley Spring 4-Stage Model

A clear clinical pathway from stabilization to sustained independence. Each stage builds on the last.

Stage 01
Restore
Stabilization through our Partial Care Program. Six days per week of structured clinical support to establish a strong foundation. The focus is on medical stabilization, breaking destructive patterns, and building the daily rhythms of recovery.
Stage 02
Activate
Transition into evening IOP programming while reintegrating into work, school, or family life. Skills learned in Restore are practiced in real-world settings with continued clinical support 3–5 evenings per week.
Stage 03
Accelerate
Virtual programming provides flexible, continued care as you gain more independence. Teletherapy sessions, virtual groups, and digital resources keep you connected to your recovery community from anywhere.
Stage 04
Thrive
Alumni programming provides lifelong community connection. Monthly gatherings, peer mentorship, and ongoing access to resources ensure that recovery is not an event but a sustained way of living.

Words From Those Who've Been Here

"

Valley Spring gave me structure when my entire life was chaos. The evening IOP let me keep working while getting real, clinical help. I'm 14 months clean now and I credit their team for getting me there.
