Caitlin Dow serves as Dually-Licensed Counselor at Valley Spring Recovery Center, where he oversees all clinical programming across the facility's Partial Care, IOP5, and IOP3 programs.

With deep expertise in substance use disorder and mental health treatment, Caitlin leads the clinical team with a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care. He ensures that every patient receives a personalized treatment plan built around their unique needs, guiding them through the Restore, Activate, Accelerate, and Thrive stages of recovery.

Under Caitlin's leadership, Valley Spring maintains an 8:1 therapist-to-patient ratio, ensuring every individual receives the focused attention they need during treatment. He oversees treatment team meetings every Wednesday, where the clinical staff collaborates to review progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes.
