Welcome to the Valley Spring Recovery Center website ("Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Valley Spring Recovery Center ("we," "us," "our," or "Valley Spring"), a behavioral health treatment provider located in Norwood, New Jersey.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Valley Spring Recovery Center provides outpatient addiction treatment and mental health services at our CARF-accredited facility in Bergen County, New Jersey. Our programs include:

• Partial Care Program (PHP) — Structured daytime treatment with comprehensive therapeutic programming
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — Flexible 3-day and 5-day weekly options for step-down care
• Virtual IOP (Telehealth) — Remote intensive outpatient treatment via secure video platform
• Mental Health Program — Specialized treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders
• Alumni Program — Ongoing recovery support for program graduates

This Site serves as an informational resource about our programs, treatment approaches, facility, team, and admissions process. The Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site does not establish a provider-patient relationship between you and Valley Spring Recovery Center.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our treatment programs serve adults aged 18 and older. Eligibility for specific programs is determined through our clinical intake assessment and is subject to medical and clinical criteria evaluated by our licensed staff.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Valley Spring Recovery Center.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site ("Dispute"), you and Valley Spring Recovery Center agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us directly. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any Dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal proceedings. You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through alternative resolution, you and Valley Spring waive any right to a jury trial.

14. Changes to Terms

Valley Spring Recovery Center reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of significant changes through a prominent notice on the Site or via email to registered users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are free to reject them by discontinuing use of the Site.
