The Site and all content, materials, information, and services provided on the Site are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valley Spring Recovery Center, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
