Partial Care Program (PHP)

Restore Stage

Our most intensive outpatient level of care, designed for individuals stepping down from residential treatment or those who need high-level structure while living at home. The Partial Care Program provides a full therapeutic day including group sessions, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness activities.

This structured environment helps establish healthy routines, build coping skills, and create a solid foundation for lasting recovery — all while allowing you to return home each evening.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP5)

Activate Stage

Our 5-day intensive outpatient program is designed for working professionals and those with daytime commitments. Evening sessions provide the same clinical rigor as daytime programs, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building workshops.

IOP5 bridges the gap between intensive treatment and independent living, giving you the tools and community support needed to maintain recovery while managing daily responsibilities.

Flexible IOP (IOP3)

3 Days/Week, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Activate Stage

A step-down from our 5-day IOP, the 3-day program provides continued intensive support while allowing more time for work, family, and independent recovery practice. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, life skills, and deepening the therapeutic work begun in higher levels of care.

IOP3 is ideal for individuals who have progressed through PHP or IOP5 and are ready for more autonomy while maintaining clinical support and peer connection.

Virtual IOP

Accelerate Stage

Our dedicated virtual intensive outpatient program brings the same clinical rigor and therapeutic depth of our in-person programs directly to your home. Using secure telehealth technology, you'll participate in group therapy, individual sessions, and wellness activities without the commute.

Virtual IOP is ideal for those with transportation barriers, mobility challenges, or geographic distance from our facility — ensuring quality recovery care is always accessible.

Mental Health Program

Mon/Wed/Fri (Virtual), expanding to in-person

Accelerate Stage

Our specialized mental health program addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Currently offered virtually three days per week, with in-person options expanding soon.

Partial Care (PHP) is our most intensive outpatient level — 6 hours per day, 6 days per week. It's ideal for those stepping down from residential or needing high structure. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) meets for 3 hours in the evening, either 5 days (IOP5) or 3 days (IOP3) per week, making it ideal for those who work during the day or need a step-down from PHP.

Yes! Our IOP programs are specifically designed for working professionals. IOP5 and IOP3 meet in the evenings (6-9 PM), so you can maintain your job, school, or family responsibilities during the day. Our Virtual IOP provides even more flexibility for those with demanding schedules.
A typical PHP day runs from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll participate in group therapy, individual counseling, psychoeducation workshops, and wellness activities. Lunch is provided. Each day builds on the previous, helping you develop coping skills, process emotions, and build a strong recovery foundation.
Absolutely. We specialize in dual-diagnosis treatment, addressing both substance use disorders and mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more — simultaneously. Our integrated approach ensures neither condition is treated in isolation, which significantly improves long-term outcomes.
Recovery is a lifelong journey, and we don't abandon you at discharge. Our 4-stage model (Restore → Activate → Accelerate → Thrive) means you naturally step down through care levels. After completing active treatment, you're welcomed into our Alumni Program with monthly meetings, bi-monthly outings, and peer mentorship opportunities.
