Partial Care Program (PHP)
Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Our most intensive outpatient level of care, designed for individuals stepping down from residential treatment or those who need high-level structure while living at home. The Partial Care Program provides a full therapeutic day including group sessions, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness activities.
This structured environment helps establish healthy routines, build coping skills, and create a solid foundation for lasting recovery — all while allowing you to return home each evening.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP5)
Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Our 5-day intensive outpatient program is designed for working professionals and those with daytime commitments. Evening sessions provide the same clinical rigor as daytime programs, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building workshops.
IOP5 bridges the gap between intensive treatment and independent living, giving you the tools and community support needed to maintain recovery while managing daily responsibilities.
Flexible IOP (IOP3)
3 Days/Week, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
A step-down from our 5-day IOP, the 3-day program provides continued intensive support while allowing more time for work, family, and independent recovery practice. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, life skills, and deepening the therapeutic work begun in higher levels of care.
IOP3 is ideal for individuals who have progressed through PHP or IOP5 and are ready for more autonomy while maintaining clinical support and peer connection.
Virtual IOP
Flexible Scheduling, Online Sessions
Our dedicated virtual intensive outpatient program brings the same clinical rigor and therapeutic depth of our in-person programs directly to your home. Using secure telehealth technology, you'll participate in group therapy, individual sessions, and wellness activities without the commute.
Virtual IOP is ideal for those with transportation barriers, mobility challenges, or geographic distance from our facility — ensuring quality recovery care is always accessible.
Mental Health Program
Mon/Wed/Fri (Virtual), expanding to in-person
Our specialized mental health program addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Currently offered virtually three days per week, with in-person options expanding soon.
Whether you're managing a standalone mental health condition or addressing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges, this program provides the focused clinical support you need.
Alumni Program
Monthly Meetings + Bi-Monthly Outings
Recovery doesn't end at discharge — it evolves. Our Alumni Program provides lifelong community connection through monthly meetings, bi-monthly social outings, peer mentorship opportunities, and community events that keep you engaged and supported.
Stay connected with the people and clinicians who understand your journey. Our alumni network is a vibrant community of individuals committed to thriving in long-term recovery.

Stories of Recovery
Real experiences from patients, families, and alumni who found their path at Valley Spring.
"I was terrified to ask for help, but from my very first phone call the team at Valley Spring made me feel safe. The evening IOP program let me keep working while getting the care I desperately needed. I'm 14 months sober now."— Michael R., IOP Graduate
"The Partial Care program gave me the structure I needed after leaving residential treatment. Having a full day of therapy and then going home to practice what I learned — that's what made recovery stick for me."— Sarah T., PHP Graduate
"Watching my son struggle with addiction was the hardest thing our family has ever been through. Valley Spring didn't just treat him — they included us. The family sessions helped us heal together and learn how to support his recovery without enabling."— Linda M., Parent
"When my wife entered the PHP program, I didn't know what to expect. The staff communicated with me every step of the way and helped me understand addiction as a disease, not a choice. We're stronger now than we've been in years."— David K., Spouse
"I completed the program two years ago and the alumni community is still a huge part of my life. The monthly meetings and outings keep me connected to people who truly understand my journey. Valley Spring gave me more than sobriety — they gave me a community."— James P., 2+ Years in Recovery
"Being a peer mentor through the alumni program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Helping newcomers see that recovery is possible — because I'm living proof — keeps me motivated every single day."— Angela W., Peer Mentor & Alumni
