Valley Spring Recovery Center provides outpatient addiction treatment and mental health services in Norwood, New Jersey. Our website serves as an informational resource about our facility, treatment programs, and services, including but not limited to:

  • Partial Care Program (PHP): Structured daytime treatment providing intensive therapeutic support
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Available in 5-day and 3-day formats for flexible, comprehensive care
  • Virtual IOP (Telehealth): Remote intensive outpatient treatment delivered through secure video conferencing

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with Valley Spring Recovery Center, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the address or phone number listed in the Contact Us section below. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 business days of receiving your written notice.

Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may elect to submit the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Bergen County, New Jersey. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

Binding Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Bergen County, New Jersey. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Valley Spring Recovery Center.

Valley Spring Recovery Center reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the website.
