If the Dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may pursue formal resolution. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Bergen County, New Jersey, before initiating any litigation.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
You agree that any Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Valley Spring Recovery Center.
Valley Spring Recovery Center reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted on the Site and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
